My 77 C3 OLED is three months old and has problems since the first week. Constant audio problems losing sound and earc never working.
Tv picked up for repair waiting for parts?? Lg customer service is the absolute worst i have ever experienced. They sent a repair company from 225 miles away to pick up and repair. LG should offer an extended warranty or better yet replace with a new TV. This my third and last Lg tv in my home NEVER AGAIN

I would give this tv a higher rating but for the poor sound quality. Voices are muddy lacking crispness to make them even intelligible at times. The problem seems worse on cable programs such as local news but slightly better in watching streaming programs. The problem exists even when the clear voice setting is selected.

Bought it a couple weeks ago from best buy. TV stopped turning on after the new firmware update. Custom support were great but even they didnt think repairing was a good idea. Had to return it. Had a lot of hopes as my last LG is still working perfectly after 8 years.

I purchased a LG OLED77CPUA tv from Best Buy on 11-15-23 for $2974.98. On 5-14-24 the tv would not turn on. I called LG for warranty work to be done. They needed the serial number so I called them back on 5-15-24 with all info. They could not find a repair service to work on a tv that big so I was offered $2997.49 in reward points to purchase a tv from LG.com. I ordered the same model tv and it was supposed to deliver 6-13-24. On 6-12-24 at 0738 I received a message from RXO that my delivery was confirmed for 6-13-24. At 1041 I received another message from RXO that my delivery was delayed. delivery was rescheduled for 6-17-24. On 6-14-24 at 1533 I received a message that the delivery was confirmed for 6-17-24 between 1100-1500. At 1115 I received a call from RXO that my delivery was being delayed again. I told RXO I was cancelling the order. I called LG and cancelled the order. I explained every day that RXO moved the delivery I had to reschedule the installers and reschedule my help for doing projects on the house. I was not going to give RXO a third chance based on all the BBB complaints they have for delays. On 6-18-24 at about 1800 I talked to Josh in the online orders department. I asked for a cash refund and he said he would send out the form in 24-48 hrs and once he got it back a refund of $2724.99 would be processed in 3-5 days. I never got the form. On numerous calls to LG customer service said they would escalate the matter and I would get a call back in 24-48 hrs. I never once got a call back. On 7-10-24 after being hung up on twice I talked to Monica. She informed me they are still waiting for the tv to be returned. I told her that is between LG and RXO. Delivery was not made to me or even attempted. She told me there was nothing to be done until the tv was returned. I asked for a supervisor and was told there was no one higher there. I feel I should get the refund asap. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 7-10-24. Their reply was they should have a resolution soon. Now its 8-14-24 and still no resolution. All I get are lies and promises. Stay clear of LG they clearly dont stand behind their products.

0 stars I bought LG TV for 2800 10 months ago and screen went black as I was watching it hanging on my wall. I thought for sure warranty would cover because no fault of our own. LG does not warrant internal crack that was manufacturing fault. Not only they wouldnt warrant their warrant. Customer service was horrible. We will never buy LG products again and I assure you that I will let as many people know of my experience. LG buyers beware

Huge fan of this LG The picture is insane crisp bright and deep blacks. We bought the 77 screen which I thought was going to be too big as we are graduating from an older 55LG. Its not too big at all and we have been enjoying movies every night. We hate the soap opera effect and this TV does a very good job to eliminate it. Also fast acting sports are easy to watch with seamless video.

I had the TV for about a month so far. Picture quality is crisp and there is definitely a difference from any other led or higher class tv. However you have a long learning curve to know how to do that. Unlike earlier oled tvs this has very advanced level of sophisticated controls.
Sound quality is very good and if you use an external sound system you will have a superb experience.

I ordered an LG TV more than a month ago and Im still waiting for it to be delivered. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Ive checked forums like Reddit and it seems like this is a common issue with LGs partner stores. If Id known about these problems I would never have made the purchase.
Ive made hundreds of calls to customer care but all Ive received are vague answers and empty promises. Its been impossible to get a straight answer or even an estimated delivery date. Im at a loss for what to do next. Should I take this to the consumer court? It feels like thats my only option left. This is unacceptable and Im extremely disappointed with the service.

The purchase of this TV has been the biggest purchase disappointment in my life. I never thought that these things could happen in this country. I bought this television on July 5 it arrived on July 15. When I opened the box I realized that there was no remote control on one side of the television there were used kitchen papers it was obvious that the television was used or refurbished.
After calling customer service about 5 times they finally told me that they were going to exchange it for me and that the replacement would arrive in 7 to 10 days and that the delivery company would pick up the used one. Today July 17 I received an email that the replacement would arrive between August 8 and 10. I have been calling costumer service since 4:00 pm in the afternoon and after 40 minutes on hold I had to hang up with no response. Horrible service used tv lets see if I can communicate tomorrow because I no longer want this television.

Coming from a 42 Panasonic Plasma TV this Tv is awesome I have it mounted on the wall and along with the LG soundbar it gives a great cinematic experience. The Oled is crystal clear and set up for everything was a breeze. I hesitated before buying but have no regrets. I didnt have to tweet any picture settings because AI adjusts everything according to the room lighting amd whats playing. Awesome TV

I brought the tv in November 2023. The smart remote stopped working within a week. I tried all kind of ways that I found on YouTube to fix it but was unsuccessful. The reason I tried to do it myself was because I couldnt find a LG support phone number. Tried couple time w on line chat. It was really bad. One time I posted connection and the screen popped up w a support phone number so I made the call. It still toke a month before the issue was resolved.
The tv is great but the remote had issues that why I gave 4 stars.

This is my 6th LG OLED TV. The others are great but this one is terrible. Wifi is very inconsistent. I have no trouble connecting other devices to my wifi. But this TV constantly drops the connection and then cant even see any wifi networks. Wifi signal is very strong near the TV and other devices have no issue. Ive read that this TV has issues with eero mesh routers which is what I have. Ive gone through all the troubleshooting tips with no relief. Costco is sending me a replacement TV but after reading others experiences I doubt it will help.

Upgraded from a 656 year old model to 77 2023 model. Huge difference in size and technology. the AI enhances the older movies remarkably. The sound is much better. Preloaded apps pretty much cover my needs.
